The Waupaca Expo Center is located on Grand Seasons Drive in Waupaca, directly across the street from Best Western PLUS Grand Seasons Hotel & Conference Center. Just 25 miles east of Stevens Point and only 38 miles west of Appleton, the Expo offers a beautiful, centrally located place for big events.

The Expo Center is available for use many weekdays  and weekends from the end of March through the early weeks of September. Please contact the Sales Department at Best Western Hotel to see if your event date is available.  715-258-9212
Technical Information
The Exposition area is an oval that is  approximately 17,000 square feet. This space affords room for up to 140 8’x10’ spaces, or 100 10’x10’ spaces.  This facility provides excellent interior lighting, electrical hook-ups, and an overhead door and  separate entries.  In addition the Expo offers clear span space with no internal supports.  A 20’ high ceiling and a 12’ delivery entrance that provide ease of staging, arranging, and executing your next event.  Due to the fact that the floor is a single piece of poured cement, there are some weight restrictions for the Expo Center events.  Please inquire about your event’s specific needs.  

The Waupaca Area Hockey Association also has a Concession Stand  in the Expo Center that may be open during your event if you desire.
